Free shipping applies to most accessory and parts orders over $199. Domestic orders less than 150 pounds typically will be shipped via FedEx Ground and arrive 3-5 days following your order. Shipping time may vary due to your location. Product over 150 pounds typically will be shipped by common carrier. Shipping charges will be added to the on line order or included in the major product price quote. Additional freight charges may occur on large item purchases and all freight charges will be at actual cost.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a complimentary shipping confirmation e-mail which will outline the shipping details for each item in your order. This will include ship date, tracking number, and either a link or phone number to the carrier. You can track your shipment using the information from your shipping confirmation e-mail. For items weighing less than 150 lbs the shipment will most likely be delivered without notification from the carrier. However, on larger items weighing over 150 lbs the carrier will often call a day or two before to schedule a delivery time.
Please inspect your items upon delivery. In the rare occurrence that your order has been damaged during shipment, please note specific damages on the delivery slip with the carrier or contact them immediately. HarborPowerHouse.Com must also be notified of any damaged or missing merchandise within 48 hours.

We urge customers to double check their orders before check out and upon delivery. However, sometimes a return is still necessary.
You may return parts and accessories in their original/unused condition in their original/unopened packaging with all original documentation if it’s still within 30 days of the original purchase or shipping date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses (including original shipping expense for shipping the product to the buyer) associated with the return items.
You may return major unit product (i.e. generator, lawnmower, pump, snowblower, etc.) in their original unused condition, packaging, and documents if it’s still within 15 days of the original purchase or shipping date. In this case the product warranty has been filed so we must assess a 20% restocking fee on the item price. Buyer is also responsible for all shipping expenses (including original shipping expense for shipping the product to the buyer) associated with the return items.
There is no restocking fee on exchanged items, provided the item is unused and in original condition with all applicable parts, packaging, manuals, etc. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses (including original shipping expense for shipping the product to the buyer) associated with the exchanged items.
Orders can only be canceled or changed prior to shipping. If the order has already been shipped then our Return Policy procedures apply. All cancellations / changes must be done over the email. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
